The room was spacious, it included a safe, cable channels, and a mini fridge bar.

During our stay at Hotel Loyds, we had an unfortunate incident where we were mugged. However, the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and supportive. They provided us with a laptop and allowed us to make international calls to cancel our cards. Juan Carlos, Yasmin, Alejandra, and Jorge went above and beyond to assist us during this difficult time.

The stay was absolutely excellent! The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a good area, right by the centro and Parque Lleras and Metro and a metro station. The staff was polite, kept everything fairly clean and perfect. The breakfasts were good with omelettes and pancakes, couldn’t ask for anything better. The service offered was excellent. The location was marvellous and decent, relatively near Parque el Poblado.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the center of El Poblado, close to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Additionally, the breakfast options were delicious and we enjoyed the convenience of free and good coffee throughout the day.

We appreciated rooms with bath. Having climate control, flat-screen television and a safe was very convenient. The location was great for visiting bars and restaurants close to the hotel. There were several bars and restaurants nearby.

The hotel of choice in Medellin. Stylish venue, new-fashioned rooms, the staff was amazingly nice. Marvellous location to a water park. Found in the peaceful area. The rooms with the coffee, all the amenities plus very comfortable beds.

The hotel is conveniently located in a lively neighborhood, within walking distance to numerous good restaurants and activities. Additionally, it is not too far from a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is helpful and goes out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable.

The hotel lacks proper isolation, causing excessive noise from other rooms and the lobby, which can be disruptive to guests trying to relax or sleep.

I recently stayed at a hotel in El Poblado and had a great experience. Firstly, the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the rooms. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with the hotel staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were well-appointed, with very comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. Lastly, the location was fantastic, with plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants to explore. I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay at this hotel.
